BY ACCESSING OR USING PIXELSHIELD ("THE PLATFORM"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the PixelShield website, mobile application, and affiliated services ("Services"). PixelShield ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") provides tools and features for photographers and clients to connect, manage enquiries, bookings, portfolios, and communication.

By using PixelShield, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

I. SERVICES OFFERED

PixelShield provides:

• A platform for photographers to showcase their work
• Tools for customers to browse, enquire, request quotes, and book photography services
• Communication channels between photographers and customers
• Profile, portfolio, and media management features
• Administrative tools for photographers (leads, quotes, bookings, reports, etc.)

By using our Services, you agree to the conditions described in this Agreement.

II. USER ACCOUNTS

Account Creation

To use certain features of PixelShield, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain updated account details
• Keep your login credentials confidential

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

III. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

User Content

Users (photographers and customers) may upload:

• Photos, videos
• Portfolio items
• Profile details
• Messages, inquiries, and other content

You retain ownership of your content but grant PixelShield a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, use, and distribute it solely for providing Platform services.

Platform Content

All other content on PixelShield is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Third-Party Links

PixelShield may include links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their privacy practices
• Their terms or policies

IV. BOOKING, QUOTES & PAYMENTS

• Photographers and customers communicate and manage bookings independently.
• PixelShield is not a party to:
  • Service agreements
  • Price negotiations
  • Payments between photographers and customers
• We are not liable for disputes, cancellations, or dissatisfaction arising between users.

V. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU USE PIXELSHIELD AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy of content
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Error-free operation

PixelShield does not verify the identity, skills, or professionalism of photographers using the platform.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

PIXELSHIELD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions
• Disputes between photographers and customers

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to PixelShield (if any) in the last 12 months.

VII. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixelShield, its employees, officers, directors, partners, and affiliates from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any content you submit
• Interactions or disputes between photographers and customers

VIII. PRIVACY

PixelShield is committed to protecting your information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

By using PixelShield, you consent to our data practices.

IX. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Platform
• You upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• You engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities

You may also delete your account at any time.

X. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• War or terrorism
• Internet outages
• Government actions
• Strikes or other labor issues

XI. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

XII. STATUTE OF LIMITATION

Any claim related to PixelShield or its Services must be filed within one (1) year of the incident, otherwise it is permanently barred.

XIII. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

PixelShield reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
